When I started this semester I was working as a social media manager for a company in my town. I knew there was a large area of information that I did not know about yet but I was ready to learn. Over the semester I was engaged with the different tasks I learned about social media and marketing within the business spectrum. I knew it was extremely important especially for today’s generation to have a social media perspective going. However, I did not know how much could be tweaked and inserted through social media to give your business proper exposure.
I feel after this semester that I have a better grasp on how to advertise and handle my facebook selection rather then just post something and hope for the best. Whether it is from adjusting graphics, to engaging an audience I feel more comfortable and invested into the production of getting a greater outcome.
As for blogging through out this semester I feel as though it has really brought back my writing abilities and my passion for it. I have not had a reason to write for a while and bringing that back has been a good thing for me. i have enjoyed the quiet time and even if the blog is not exactly what I want to express it has been a good way to get into the mood to write and then I feel the energy and enjoyment to write other things that I have started up again.
